Getway Tourism Holidays (“we”) runs www.getwaytourism.com. This page explains what happens to the information you send us through this website, and nothing more than that.
The only personal information this site collects is what you type into the enquiry form — your name, phone number, email address and what you tell us about the trip — or what you send us on WhatsApp, by phone or by email. The form composes your message in the browser and hands it to WhatsApp or to our email address; this site has no database and stores nothing you type. It sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party trackers.
We use your details to answer the enquiry, prepare an itinerary and a quote, and run the booking if you make one. WhatsApp messages are handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under its own terms; phone calls and email reach the office directly.
We share your details with a hotel, airline, transport supplier, visa service or embassy only where that is needed to quote or to book what you asked for. We do not sell your details to anyone.
Ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by writing to getwaytourismadmc2026@gmail.com or calling +91 70653 24152. Enquiries we have not booked are kept only as long as they are useful for the quote.
